Did you happen to do a survey for General Mills Advisory about a product test?
I only ask because I did as well and got a UPS shipping notice yesterday for it.... today I got another one with YOUR info in it. Which seems like a HUGE no-no to me.... if you want PM your email and I will forward it to you. I sure hope no one is getting my name and address in shipment notices.... no idea why it would have possibly come to me But it has your full name and address listed.

LoL Dee,I am supposed to receive a pt from map and so is Tara.Tara got her tracking notice,and the next day she received mine too. I would have been really pissed if some total stranger had gotten it cause it has my full name and address.
